Approval Process: All custom-branded cigar orders require final design approval before production. Production Timeline: Once the proof is approved and payment is received, production takes approximately 7-10 business days. Refunds for Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-branded cigars, custom orders are non-refundable after final proof approval. Changes After Approval: Any changes made after final approval may incur additional charges or extend production time.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before custom orders go into production. We accept all major credit cards.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times: Custom orders ship within 7-10 business days after final proof approval and payment. Shipping Methods: We ship using shipping Providers, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx. Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs regulations.

7. Returns and Refunds

Custom Products: All custom-branded cigars are non-refundable once the proof is approved and production has begun. Standard Products: For non-customized products, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Oak and Ash Cigar Co.
